Spear is part 3 of the full 12 week training block (Shield, Sword & Spear) 


Spear is a 4 week training block designed to take the physical capacity of Shield and the output of Sword and make everything fast, dynamic & explosive. 


Spear can be used as a stand alone 4 week program or in conjuction with Shield & Sword to create a 12 week preparatory, intensification & peaking program
