Part 1 of the comprehensive 12 week program package: Shield, Sword & Spear.

Shield is the initial 4 weeks of programming. It is the preparatory block for all things to come. Designed to improve general physical prepardness and lay the foundations for the intensification & peaking blocks. 


Shield can be run as a stand alone 4 week program or in conjuction with Sword & Spear to create a full 12 weeks of training
